The Subaru Forester has had a lot of success in Elmira, thanks in part to its reliability, size, and capability. As a two-row SUV, it's a nice option for many of our customers at Simmons Rockwell Subaru.
For 2023, we carry six Forester trims. They all run on 2.5-liter engines with four cylinders. This engine is pretty strong, as it's able to pump out 182 horsepower as well as 176 pound-feet of torque. Additionally, the Subaru comes standard with symmetrical all-wheel drive. Whenever the roads get slippery, this system can automatically engage and make the right adjustments to keep you moving forward.
If you need to, you can hook up a trailer to a Subaru Forester. Almost all of the trims are able to tow up to 1,500 pounds. The exception is the Wilderness. This trim is the newest one in the lineup, and it's more rugged than the others. It can tow 3,000 pounds.
